We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with shops just a stone's throw away. The receptionists were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless and had a stunning view of the town. We were also pleasantly surprised by the text confirmation of our arrival. The staff went above and beyond to decorate the room for my spouse's birthday, exceeding all of our expectations. We also had our own private parking space right in front of the lobby. There were plenty of cafes within walking distance, which was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you once again!

the river view was a bonus. it is really close to the airport. only 700 feet to menara cendera kenangan.

Conveniently close to the airport, just a short distance away. the restaurant is only a few steps away, around 900 feet. Also, the free Wi-Fi here works great! 🙌

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff made me feel incredibly welcome through their friendly customer service. They offered me private parking and texted me in advance for my arrival. The hotel facilities were top-notch with clean and comfortable rooms. Additionally, the location was superb as it was within walking distance to cafes and shops. The breakfast was great as well, offering a variety of options for guests.

the receptionists were welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast selections were satisfying and tasty. the view of the town from the room was delightful.

The bathroom needs improvement as the sink drainer wasn't working well.

Easter at this hotel was pretty okay. It was nice to have free wi-fi and breakfast, although the latter was pretty basic. The hotel location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops, which was really helpful. The hotel also had a lovely gift shop where we found some cute souvenirs to bring back home.

There were a few things that I disliked. the room was quite small, especially since we had our kids with us.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the modern and clean facilities of the hotel. the beds were comfortable and the room had great views of the surroundings. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the room as well as the quick laundry service. the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes.

I was told that a pipe burst caused the issue and we had to make use of the provided mineral water for brushing our teeth.
